Well, today was my granddaughter's due date. But, it looks like Harper has another birth date in mind. I'm hoping we won't have to wait for a full moon...that's a whole eight days away (as Glynnis pointed out). However, it did give me the idea for today's photo. The wait continues...
I am in Wisconsin, and we are in the middle of a thunder storm. No moon pictures for this girl. I'll keep my fingers crossed that Harper decides to have a safe arrival before another week goes by. Waiting is just too hard. Beautiful picture by the way. I love how the moon almost looks white.
I love storms, and I definitely agree about the good sleeping weather. Plus, it's so quiet at the lake. Back to the city tomorrow for a couple days. Culture shock!
The waiting seems endless, doesn't it, but there's nothing surer that something will eventually happen - and probably when you least expect it. Look forward to the good news.

@clarissajohal ~ Thanks, Clarissa! I use a Panasonic Lumix (p&s). But, it does have built in x18 zoom which is nice. My husband wants to upgrade me to a dslr for Christmas...starting to do some research.
