Practicing with manual settings using a shamrock plant from Trader Joe's.
I hope everyone is happily Irish tomorrow. :) I can't wait to make our corned beef and cabbage for dinner tomorrow night ~ yum!
I think you did great with manual here! And the weather is supposed to perfect for the next ferw days giving you ample time to get out there and practice :)
Ah, thanks for reminding me Peggy..I will have to photograph something especially green...I have less than 24 hours...I better get thinking! Great shot! I've been doing a lot of manual shots myself...it's not as easy is it?!?!?!
Thanks for your reply. of course i should have come here first and read your commentary tut! Being a keen gardener i should have known but I don't think I have ever seen real shamrock, hmmm, must look into this. :-) Btw I see you live in Charlotte, as a child I lived for a year in Chapel Hill, my father was teaching at Raleigh Uni. Is that far from you?
@Cherrill Chapel Hill is one of my favorite cities...such a beautiful place. It's located about 120 miles to the NE of Charlotte. By the way, I would think that shamrocks would do quite well in a Suffolk garden. :) Thanks for stopping by to check out this photo. Happy gardening!
