Today is a gorgeous 90 degree (32C) day in North Carolina. However, the forecast calls for a substantial temperature drop by Friday. I see soup and sweater weather in the very near future. :)
This is really exotic - I rather like it's furled flower as well. It's all or nothing weather-wise for you guys isn't it or by 'sustantial fall' do you mean a pleasant 20C?!
@judithg ~ Substantial is about a 30 degree drop, with a high temps of 60-65F (15-18C) and lows of 50-55 (10-13C)...although apparently it's just a tease and things will be warming up again at some point next week.
A fave just beautiful & I don't usually fave flowers !! So delicate & a lovely soft pink ! Sounds nice & hot were you are we are freezing here with wind & rain !!!
This is such a beautiful shot, Peggy. Fav for me. Love the bokeh and dof and the gorgeous shade of pink. Our temps are already up to 30 deg C and we're just starting Spring. Off to the beach tomorrow!
Peggy, just saw this on PP, and I think it's sooo gorgeous! Colors and lighting are just beautiful, had to fave it. :-) And I wish we had a little bit of your summer this year... Summer's over here - and it's been so cool and wet this year!
