Will sharing a light moment with his football coach. I don't think good coaches get enough credit for the time they give and the encouragement/confidence they impart to kids.

Here's to them indeed, in every sport. My husband coached and managed boys football (soccer) teams when our boys were young. Now he referees for our grandsons teams.
One of my sons has managed a boys team from the age of six all the boys are still with him at the age of 16.
My other son coaches the juniors at his running club.
