On a raw, rainy January day we thought chili would be perfect, along with stewed cinnamon apples, rolls, and cookies, for our Soup Kitchen lunch.
Three Good Things:
1. 200 hungry folks served
2. Taking apart the mammoth stove for a long overdue cleaning after we finished with lunch
3. Plans for tonight - a good book by the fireplace
