Such an excellent image Peter, and I appreciate it even more being film! I swear over half my "faves" are from your albums, including this one!

That being said, it is pretty apparent you have mastered most aspects of photography, from film to digital. I would like to see you translate that into "scanner art."

Please, and without blinding yourself, produce a piece (or pieces) of scanner art that illustrates your love of photography. The scan must include your face and/or hand(s) and other objects that leave no doubt in our minds that your scan is all about your love of the craft.

Feel free to google "scanner art" if you need some ideas or inspiration. This is something I have been wanting to try for some time now, and just know you will knock my socks off with this challenge. Have fun, good luck, and I can't wait to see what you come up with!

@grizzlysghost this will be fun and from left field. I will have to do sone research
posted September 29th, 2012
@peterdegraaff I'm so glad you approve Peter! You are so accomplished behind the lens I wanted to see what you can do with similar but different medium! Just thinking about it makes me want to stick my head into the Canoscan; but I will defer to your efforts for the challenge!
