Winter Berries

My husband and I stopped over at our lake neighbors house to vandalize their beautiful wooden eagle today. They are on a tropical vacation, so we dressed their eagle in a Hawaiian skirt, bra and leis. Gary, our neighbor, LOVES his eagle, so it will be extremely funny.

Anyway, while my husband was busy dressing Mr. Eagle, I was busy taking pictures of the pretty berries in front of their home. The pickers looked a little scary, but I love red berries against the snow.
Beautiful picture!

This is a gorgeous shot, Sheri! Love the look of red berries in the snow...perfect winter scene.
I checked out the eagle's Hawaiian makeover...looks like you were inspired by the infamous Snow Hooker. Love it!
Happy New Year to you and your fellow vandal! :)

Beautiful shot of the red against the snow; nicely done. Love the eagle, also. She looks quite classy. As Peggy says, a rival for the Snow Hooker.

@bks @joannemed I just read your comments on my winter berries shot, and thank you! I wanted to tell you that our friends came home from their vacation, and the dressed up eagle was a huge hit. They came home from Jamaica to sub zero temperatures, so they needed a good laugh!
