Behind Bars

This is the base of a piece of public art in my town. Each of these metal cords are also secured to the ceiling and glass blocks are threaded on them. The blocks are fascinating - always changing with the available light. I tried to get a good photo of the blocks themselves, but just wasn't happy with my results. I plan to return and give it another try soon. For now, the base will have to do.
Cool lines and shadows.

Photography of someone else's art can be tricky, and can end up being just a record shot unless the photgrapher puts somthing of themselves into the photo. You have done that here by isolating one part of the artwork and adding the shadows to create an abstract composition. Nicely seen.
