I find power lines and their towers quite beautiful. This line of giants stands not far from where I live. When I noticed the sky had some pretty color, I dashed out for some photos of them.
Great composition and of course beautiful sky. I have never thought to photograph these but they look great and we have some nearby so another one to add to my to-do list!
I love power line photos and this one is beautiful. I like the way you've used them to frame a sunset. Perfect in color, while still conveying the long lines of the towers and their connecting lines.
Sky and POV beautiful. Funny but until I started 365 I never thought of powerlines as photo-worthy - funny how we learn to see things in a new perspective.
The great depth and receding perspective is very interesting. There is quite a lot of controversy here in Idaho about a new power line that will cross the state soon.
