Still posting my favorite photos from my trip to the beautiful Palouse area of Idaho and Washington. I loved this iconic red barn in the morning light.
Picture postcard material. The different layers make it look so interesting as does the different light falling on the scene. Your comp is fab as always, even to the small trees in the top right!
I just picked up a Bryan Peterson book in an op shop today, and flicking through it I recognised a couple of shots as being the Palouse area. I've never seen them anywhere else other than your images. (I kind of think yours are better than his too!)
This is heading right to TT! What a phenomenal capture. The colors are bright and lovely, and the composition really works well. I'm assuming you've also tried it in b&w because it cries out for that as well -- great blocking and textures. Fav of course.
A beautifully composed landscape Lisa, everything about it is lovely from the curves of the white fence the rolling hills and barn, to the lovely colours. An instant fav and congrats on TT!
The red barn is a bonus.

note: I really don't know how I miss this one.
