Pink Geranium

Another flower macro, but this time a pink geranium that is in one of our garden pots.

A simple composition, hand held with quite a big lens on my EOS450D and SOOC other than a crop to make it fill the frame.

I suppose macro flower shots are quite an easy way to fill a day on 365, but then again we can not always be in places to take interesting shots every day.

I like how I have got an almost 'sandy background' with nothing to take your eyes away from the petals

Simple but classic. The colors of pink and red are beautiful in Nature, aren't they, even if we would think they clash in our fashions.
