Worms Eye View of a Snowdrop

My snowdrops are out.....only a few.......but they are out ...and unusually early.

I held my little panny TZ7 close to floor and pointed upwards, adjusted the shadows and highlights a tad in Photo Shop elements ......and hey presto.....a worms eye view of a snowdrop.

Hope you like this little macro shot :)
Very pretty though I'm a bit jealous as none of mine have come up - I think the dry weather has obliterated a lot of my bulbs.

Gorgeous! I love it when the flowers come back, like we have survived winter (well almost!)

I do like this macro. I don't believe we have snowdrops in Virginia. Our earliest signs of Spring are usually primroses blooming in late February- early March. I did see some forsythia in bloom on Sunday, another springtime flowering bush..

When you said your were bigger than mine.....well I just had to look! LOL
And they are....this is a great shot Phil....I keep missing your shots.....so much in the news recently about our mild winter and unexpected sightings of blooms and insects.
