Bridge Crossing

Shot on my mobile phone on my lunch time walk

A play on words in the title (sad when you have to explain your title)...A "Bridge Crossing " the tram and train track and a Belisha beacon notifying crossing by the Bridge . Rubbish play on words really !!!

Faffed around with levels and contrast in GIMP.

I might post another shot of the bridge tomorrow as i quickly rattled 21 photos on my mobile as I walked over the bride at Basford tram stop

Nice shot of the bridge and title. Love that golden ball too, with the shadow on it, as well as the diagonal lines you created that lead you in and then back out. And Hahaha on explaining the title... I know what you mean. I titled one shot "Photograph" and NO one got it...at least I don't think. It was because the picture was of a restaurant and it didn't have a name. Only "Restaurant".... at least I thought it was funny!

Great perspective. I like the variety of straight lines in contrast to the shape of the beacon.
