Splash

I spent quite a while photographing the waves splashing against this rock (the rock was about 4 metres wide).

It was hard to get the timimg right, because shooting with my little panny TZ7 there is a bot of d;ay between pressing the shutter and recording the image (whilke the camera does the jpeg processing). So I think I did OK to catch this, especially as the composition is such that the spray / foam has broke the horizon

I know what you mean about that little bit if delay in a shot like this....very frustrating but you beat it in the end.......that is caught at just the right moment.....
