For none UK viewers, the Meerkat family in the UK fronts an advertising campaign for one of the web sites that attempts to find you cheap insurance / broadband / telecomms / utilities etc.
As such the meerkats now have celebrity status in the UK and everyone loves them. "Simples" was a catchphrase in one of the early advertising campaigns :)
This one is sitting proud on a rock in the meerkat enclosure.
