This lady was walking on the opposite side of the River Trent in Newark On Trent. I spotted her and she spotted me.
If you view large you can she she is rather striking, with a long black coat and dark glasses. She would have made a great "100 Strangers" for my project.
I've placed her on the thirds (by a crop). I should have had her on the thirds on the left hand side of the frame , therefore having her walking into the image rather than walking out.
Edited in rawtherapee with an Ilford Delta 400 film emulation and some largish contrast adjustments.
WOnderful lines and reflection...I like the composition you have used. The background texture and window are great. WOnder what here thoughts were of you taking her photo? Nice one Phil.. fav
Fabulous shot, yep you've been spotted! I prefer to turn my head away which would have spoilt the shot as this is so good, mind you I Don't dress like that either! .Some do when taking shots at Borough market London place their hand up which makes me smile...Why?
@sabresun our paths crossed walking over trent bridge about an hour before in opposite directions !!
