Spotted

This lady was walking on the opposite side of the River Trent in Newark On Trent. I spotted her and she spotted me.

If you view large you can she she is rather striking, with a long black coat and dark glasses. She would have made a great "100 Strangers" for my project.

I've placed her on the thirds (by a crop). I should have had her on the thirds on the left hand side of the frame , therefore having her walking into the image rather than walking out.

Edited in rawtherapee with an Ilford Delta 400 film emulation and some largish contrast adjustments.
Well spotted. She does look a little mysterious. Great looking building in the background too.

She could be scary if you meet her at night, Phil. Well spotted and a wonderful capture of her.

She certain has a great sense of her own identity. Maybe your paths will cross again, hopefully while both walking on the same side.

Fav - it makes an impression on me - and is also a bit worrying with the ladder down into the water!

Fabulous shot, yep you've been spotted! I prefer to turn my head away which would have spoilt the shot as this is so good, mind you I Don't dress like that either! .Some do when taking shots at Borough market London place their hand up which makes me smile...Why?
