Hope she didn't sunburn any vital bits !! lol ! On a more serious note she is obviously stretching out as much as possible so the body heat is dispersed ! Alfie ,my little Lakeland adopts a similar pose when it is warm !
I guess it must be the most efficient method of keeping as cool as possible. I suppose having your head in that position's not actually uncomfortable if you're a dog!
