Young Hedgehog

We went for a walk this afternoon in the Hobbucks in Arnold.

I was looking for some Autumn colours to photograph, but the trees in our bit of the country haven't quite turned to Autumn hues yet.

However, as we were walking through the footpaths of the woods, Jane spotted this little hedgehog in the middle of the path.

I got on all fours and started clicking away, while Jane stood some distance and distracted Ruby.

Great shot Phil, I feed a hedgehog in my garden but I have never seen it in the daylight
