It was Arnold Carnival today at the "duck park". An annual summer celebration for the community of Arnold and surrounding districts.
It is a great event for photography too with dog shows, bands, side stalls and many people.
So let me introduce to you Warren.
Warren is an elite coach at Team Elite Kickboxing (Tek), Founded in founded in January 2008 , Tek providesworld class kickboxing to individuals from all walks of life.
Warren and the Tek team had had an information stall at the carnival and initially I approached two kick boxer coaches who were performing a demo, but they suggested Warren would make a great stranger.
Warren was a willing stranger and i took photos of him against the canvas backdrop of his informations stall, some trees and my favourite location , the blue metal bodywork of a fast food stall. The blue matching Warren's eyes and badge. I have a great mono version of this pic , but the fabulous blue tones was my preferred choice
Warren runs the Nottingham Arnold school of Tek and has over 50 students at the school.
When not coaching, Warren works as a full-time job Physiologist for the NHS.
Warren struck up this pose for his pic and i think it creates a striking picture. The faded blue background adds a bit of an edge / urban feel to the photo , which I think works well.
