We used to call them libraries (vintage lens shot)

I took a vintage lens (SMC Pentax-M 28mm F3.5) on a walk around the Jubilee Campus at Nottingham University.

The campus is on the site of the former Raleigh Bikes Factory, which once provided employment to almost 12,000 people

It is a beautiful campus with some amazing architecture.

This is the Sir Harry and Lady Djanogly Learning Resource Centre. What's a Learning Resource Centre you may ask ? Well it is a library.

I don't know when libraries became LRC's , maybe when they did things other than books e.g internet, multi media etc.

Anyway the Pentax lens is a fine lens, well respected in the Pentax community and quite hard to find too . I've had it for 12 months and not really used it that often ., perhaps I should given the quality of this image

Interesting architecture
