My Garden November 2018

Continuing my ongoing project, another shot of my back garden, one month on from the last one.

Another cool, but incredibly bright and sunny Autumnal day, no clouds and no forecast of rain in the next few days (but supposedly it's getting colder this week).

The lawn is still an absolute mess from the Summer; much of the devastation is covered by the leaves from the two Maples. Only two of Dahlias remain in flower, the others have all been culled (still not sure whether I'll lift the tubers this Winter or leave them in the ground).

You can see the new fence in the bacground of the photograph; honeysuckle cut right back to the ground (it has two choices); now saving pennies to have the rest of the fence (to the left of the photo) replaced, possibly in the spring (a photo Carole put up last week shows how rotten that is also)

Thank you for your continued interest in my garden/yard

All of the previous photographs are tagged philsgarden and if you wish to see it change through the months (obviously only if you feel that way inclined and have nothing better to do) then click on that tag.
I like the shadows. Good shot of the autumn sunshine.

Leaves virtually all gone now! I like the long shadows too.

Interesting to see the difference between last years November shot and this one. Last year looks rather frosty and more leaves on the trees.
