..... after this photograph was taken these, and the remaining flowers from the bunch I bought at Sainsbury’s three weeks ago, were in a black plastic bin bag, carried down the stairs of my weekly flat, and thrown in the wheelie bin. The vase that they have resided in this past 21 days, is now full of very hot washing up water and will soak through the night.
