At this time of year I tend not to begrudge the squirrels coming and getting food from the garden; so long as it's seed and they're not digging up the newly planted bulbs. The gymnastic feats never fail to amaze me and I constantly move the feeders around to confuse them each week.
Thanks for continuing to stop by and engatre with my offerings
Great shot, you move the feeder around lol, They are smart and often get what they want. I tried hanging the feeders anywhere to get them off my feeders but no such luck, So I put food out for them in the hope they eat that first. Great sharp capture and his pose hanging on.
They are such fun to watch - love its pose. I just moved his "jumping" perch (he was using a flower planter to leap from). Now I want to watch what he figures out - I have no doubt he will find a new way!
He must be fascinating to watch. Our possums are just as agile. I am amazed how they manage to climb up the pole of our Hill's hoist perch on the top and then reach up to pick the olives off our tree.
