A close friend of mine, Dave had a last wish before he died, which was to just sit and watch the tide go in and out. Alas he was very ill and he died before I could take me to the coast. I was going to take some pictures of him, by the sea, which he loved but never got the chance. So I thought I how I could still do this. An empty deckchair, his favorite book, which was 'Mother London' by Michael Moorcock and resting on the book is his glasses. There are no people in the picture as this is how he would have liked it to be.
