hydrangea with spilled paint by pistache

hydrangea with spilled paint

out in the garden in the sunshine and i picked up my fuji xe-3 after a long absence. the lensbaby burnside 35 only fits that camera, so i don't get to play with it if i don't use the fuji. not sure why i've left it so long, by which time i've forgotten how to use the camera. added one of my photos of spring cherry blossom in photoshop for a double exposure
This is lovely.

Such gentle tones against the black just noticed your tag that this is double exposure...I assume that is for focus stacking?

Very pretty- reminds me of some early American art- the name of which I can't recall right now!

@granagringa no - have never tried focus stacking, though it's on my list! i just took the base b&w hydrangea into photoshop and overlaid a colour image of spring blossom to see what would happen - and quite liked the effect
