We took a drive into the Santa Ynez mountains just north of Santa Barbara, driving right past Michael Jackson's 'never-never-land' ranch. Crazy people still drive out there to hang out by the gate. Whatever.
Anyways, it was windier than, uh, you know. Seriously we didn't do nearly as much photo op'ing as we'd have liked...near the ridge where we stopped my truck said 36 degrees (F) with probably 25-30 mph winds. Brrrr.We let our mutts get some ya-ya's out on a beautiful ridge trail for a half an hour or so, then headed home. Caught a super nice sunset on the way down too, but wusses that we are we just shot it out the window. Wind would have made setting up pretty impossible anyways. Yeah, that's it. ;-D
Nice thing about this is it doesn't look cold at all. its so pretty. glad you had a wonderful day.
