We took a drive out to the Huasna area today (near Arroyo Grande, CA). This photo was taken at the same spot as the other photo I uploaded, just looking the opposite way. HDR processed a little less over the top. It's about a 50 minute drive for us, but always feels like a mini vacation out there. The dogs run like wild thangs---such good medicine to watch them!
@annamaker Hi anna! Out 'there' is near Arroyo Grande, CA ---- an area called Huasna. There are miles and miles of state forest near us, and we love taking weekend drives and exploring out there.
Wow, that looks pretty ominous. I would have a tough time deciding whether to stay or go, but I'm glad you had a fun time watching the dogs run. There's nothing like watching a dogs spirit soar!!
wow:) I'm startng to realise that in weather like this you usually make the best photos:D can't wait till I can try it:D But sadly all we have at the moment is bad weather (no sun, not even fog:/)
Talking about books on photographs, we could say the same about your and your wonderful landscape shots - this one for example. I'd love to see some of your horse shots in there. that's still one of my top favourites
@semrants Hi sarah. Thank you!
@rebcastillo77 Hey rebecca! The sky was pretty trippy for sure,but the hdr made it look pretty mean!
@sandimarie thanks sandi!
