Still no running but sick of being a couch potato so got my son to drop me in Cleethorpes en route to his run. Walked through town ( snapped this as it's unusual for the local Weatherspoons to not have vehicles or folk interrupting the image) had my seaside stroll and then walked home. Not as invigorating as a run but 8kms walked has to be better than nothing.
