Assumed it was a Norwegian ship initially, and was drawn to the modern warship moored by the old castle.
Once I actually enlarged the picture, I saw it was a RN Frigate, which has been up in the North helping the Finns integrate into NATO and monitoring our Russian friends.
Looking at the paintwork, it's had a tough winter. Bet they're looking forward to the Spring!
