This is day 15 for April A Challenge. The word was "all-spice". This is my take on it, the seasonings I use several times per day on my salads (seafood/vegetable seasoning; sea salt; Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning, and Garlic & Herb Grinder from Sprouts). These are all calorie free, carb free, sugar free seasonings, and are mighty tasty when combined together on salads or other food. Combine them with some rice vinegar and a little olive oil and you've got yourself a great tasting salad!
