A visit to dad's work today. These were steel bars which poked out of the ground as part of the building's foundation. The yellow caps serve little more purpose than to act as a safety meaure so that people don't step on/trip over/walk into the steel bars.

This picture is fantastic! I love it how the one in focus is absolutely straight and then the farther you get the more out of place they seem until they eventually become just a blur.
