I live by the water,
This lake is my home,
My nymph is aquatic,
It doesn’t like to roam,
My legs are weak and fragile,
Walking I can’t do,
But my wings are powerful,
They carry me across the blue,
High in the trees I glide,
My length cuts through the air,
I speed above the picnickers,
They don’t know I’m there,
I’m a Yellow-winged Darter,
Sympetrum flaveolum to my friends,
Watch me as I whizz on by,
Down the river-bend.

@jvcnovice Thanks Poppins for viewing and commenting... I, my sister and my brothers went to our Provincial Tree Park for fishing and taking some photos. They are both a member of 365 Project. We enjoyed so much the time outdoor and we discover a lot of beautiful insects to photograph :D
@clarkafb_brat Yeah John sometimes they are so hard to photograph but this one just pose for me so amazing I was able to take a couple of shots of this dragonfly. I saw a blue and red dragonfly but its so hard to take their photos... maybe next time :D
Thank you so much for all your comments and views... always happy to see your projects as well :D
