Winding back the years

yup... i remember... along with listening to the radio for hours in the hopes of hearing my favorite song and hoping i could hit the "record" button in time to catch the whole thing... ahhhh... those were the days!

Cool shot. I remember both of these. My husband won't part with our things like the one on the right hand side of the image. I still use the object on the left hand side. I have used both of them together, but I won't tell how, so I won't wreck this for those who don't know the connection.

Well it seems we're all 'of an age' ;o) I remember trying to tape the top 40 on a sunday evening off of the radio too. Desperately trying to hit the pause button at the right time to stop the DJ's comments in between the music. It never worked of course :o) We still have a bundle of vinyl as well which never sees the light of day. Maybe I'll make that tomorrow's shot xx

I used to do the exact same thing, trying to pause in between and not get the DJ talking - I never quite managed it perfectly haha. This is a great photo & I just love the high key processing.
