This is my favourite mug purloined from youngest son. This shot leads me into the weekend perfectly. Tomorrow I shall be assignment writing in earnest and then tomorrow evening is episode #2 of Dr Who, which happens to be one of my favourite programmes :o) Have a fantastic weekend everyone x

1. It's FRIDAY!!!
2. My daughter brought my forgotten ham and salad wrap into work so I didn't go hungry at lunchtime, thanks Gems x

@judithg I'd love to add a G&T too but need to keep a clear head for my early start tomorrow :o) I think the older you get the weight is harder to keep stable. I'm busy trying to get in shape for my daughter's wedding next year! xx

@melaniesavage I still do too :o) I was a bit worried when David Tennant left but Matt Smith has proved to be a perfect replacement. Apparently he's going to be hanging up his bow tie fairly shortly though. I wonder who the next one will be! xx

@psychographer I have to admit, I was a bit fond of David T, although Matt has been great! I didn't know he was stopping though, it'll keep everyone guessing for a while!
@melaniesavage I'm v, v, fond of little Davey T (as I call him) so much so I did a painting of him that's hanging in my lounge :o) Maybe I'll upload a shot of it one day xx

@maggiemae Awww Maggiemae, that's such a lovely thing to say. Thankyou so much. You're an excellent storyteller and should really make a picture book of Mr Nuts 'n' Bolts Man's adventures :o) Dr Who was brought back in 2005 and so far has had 3 new incarnations. It's brilliantly written and is one show that brings us all together on a Saturday night...usually my teenage boys are ensconced in their rooms all the time :o) xx
