Still in the Bungle bungle ranges, for most of the walk we were walking on dry riverbeds such as this one in the foreground. It was solid rock, as were the surrounding ranges and consequently the temperature was around 40C, so we didn't push on with the planned 10km walk!!!
Those 'bee hive' hills are what the Bungles are famous for.
