Pigeons are so familiar to everyone, what a wonderfully huge image! Do I understand correctly that this was painted illegally? I have a lot to learn about "Street Art". I don't like what we call "Tagging"...it's very ugly and cheapens the look of a street. But good paintings brighten and delight! Thanks for sharing this one!
