This construction, the Oosterschelde keering `` Neeltje Jans `` celebrate it`s 30 years of existence. It has give us 30 years of savety.
Eastern Scheldt contruction named : Neeltje Jans`` allowed the sea water and tide to flood into and out the inlet. By big storms we can close the slides/doors to prevent the land for high waters.
