Paeonia field by pyrrhula

Paeonia field

No bloom capture as they are bound to be sold in shops. As soon as they are getting to bloom they will be cut off .
Pic. from a month ago.
The unopened blooms look like potatoes in the field.

Would have been nice to see them bloom in the field but they are not grown to show off the fields.

It would be a gorgeous field full of lovely flowers if they let them grow. thank you for your advise, Ferry. Hans has over the years cut off many and rerouted new plants. we have two coming or of one stem in our den and one in our living room. we gave a few away and I was joking when I said I would sell them.

I'm so used to knowing that most of the plants are being grown for seeds it seems odd to hear that these are being grown for the flowers! Good shot.
