'in season' (november word): Jinks has been on one wet walk today

and now he doesn't want to look at the weather any more. He's probably reflecting that it's rained a lot in most seasons this year.
Oh dear, poor dejected Jinks! but he has stll got his tennis ball to play with! Nice shot of him! B has had his walk today - a really long one and it didn't rain - but its cold and miserable and I am not going out with him again!

A little seasonal depression? Looks like he doesn't even want to play with ball! Once he's dry I'd give him a big hug!!

dog ownership is less fun in winter months! He does look quite fed up!

@shweetheart You're so right, on both counts!
November 24th, 2012
@katillac Well, he's been subdued all day!

@samr He was more fun when a puppy, in photographic terms, very cute and always willing to pose. Now he tries to look the other way when the camera appears - perhaps that's just what he's doing here!

@tishpics Oh lucky you to get out in the dry as it's been raining all day here and shows no signs of stopping, everything is wet, grey and soggy!
November 24th, 2012
Aw, look at the little soggy-dog.
November 24th, 2012
He does look a bit wistful!

Poor Jenksie doesn't like to get his feet wet! Nice shot, I can even see the rain on the patio.

Hi Jinks! Or is that high jinks? How is your book coming along? Your would be friend KC in Texas helped herself to my broccoli and rice casserole on the way to Grandma's. she could use a little rain to wash away the evidence.

@nana2r "Book? They'll have to teach me to read first before I can write a book! And a dog who likes broccoli and rice? They feed me rice sometimes when I've been a bit poorly but I just leave it and wait for some proper food to appear."

@gnilrets Yes, plenty of rain and it's still coming down - should be good for tomorrow's word; reflection!!

Don`t you know he needs a treatment as a king O , dear how do you dare to take him for a walk in the rain. Next time hire a coach .
You can see he is disappointed . ( I love him. )
November 24th, 2012
@pyrrhula Well, sometimes he actually refuses to walk in the rain but this time he went - and looked 'hangdog' afterwards!

Poor Jinks, lovely shot Hazel.

Lovely. I miss having a dog around the place.
November 26th, 2012
Yes, they do leave a gap when they are not there. I wonder what sort of dog you had.
