These abutilon flowers always look to me as if they are wearing ballerinas' skirts. This cutting, given to Ray by a friend, is only a foot and a bit tall but continues to produce lots of blooms. This is the second flowering this year.
I stood its flowerpot on the patio table to take the photo.
Oh Hazel, you are really showing me how to do it! Gorgeous. But I'm surprised they are flowering at the same time in both hemispheres. But mine, which looks so similar, grows to about 3' ( http://365project.org/princessm/other-stuff/2013-08-25) although it is very straggly.
Thanks - hooray for new camera! (I'll shut up about it soon!) I did try using M for this and got something very surreal! Going on a short course soon.
