These dahlias were in the walled garden at Hinton Ampner.
It's raining here but we're feeling a little bit smug as, after hearing the weather forecast yesterday, we decided to get up and take Jinks out for a walk first thing if it had not already started to rain.
And we also bought milk, bread and The Times, plus peppers to make paella tomorrow when our friends come.
Ray is reading the newspaper, Jinks is flat out, snoring on the rug near me and I'm on 365, so all's well with the world. Hope your weekend is good!
Great collage Hazel - fabulous pinks! We've had the rain here - I had to walk my dog in it, but now snug as a bug in a rug. The sunshine has just come out - have a nice weekend.
Love this collage!! I'm not sure where you live but here in the States, October is Breast Cancer Awareness and "Pink" is the color!! This would be a beautiful display of awareness! I'ts beautiful even if it isn't! What beautiful shades of pink! Big FAV!
Kathy, many thanks for comments. We live in the south of England. Plus my sister died rather young from breast cancer so this collage could indeed be regarded as for the month of October in the States.
Well, he appeared to be bathed in wonderful light!!
