I'm a bit late to realise it's 'thinkpink2014' but I'm posting this flower from our garden in memory of my sister, Wendy, who died from breast cancer in 1996.
Wendy loved her garden, her little dachsies and her family. She was my younger sister and I had never imagined what would happen.
"Wendy's Memory Flowers" are lovely...and I'm truly moved to read you've already lost your youngest sister. We read words like your and translate what that would mean within our own families...and in that moment, we feel the humanity of it and know why we're all on board to lend our support.
Oh dear how very sad Hazel that you have missed your lovely sisters company......you must have been devastated when she died...pink is the colour & a very pretty flower it is too!
