A few hairdressing appointments ago, I decided to leave the blonde behind. 'Going grey' is, of course, the easy part; 'gracefully' might need a bit of work.
And btw today is my birthday!
Ray is taking me to the Hawk Conservancy; Neil is making chicken jalfrezi for the meal tonight; and a nice bottle of bubbles will be chilling in the fridge.
And this is only my second 'proper' selfie - taken with my X20 blinking away on the mantelpiece on a 10-second delay (gotta love my X20!)

Grey hair suits you so well Hazel & of course all your favourite purples & pinks will go beautifully with that colour....how liberating! Mine is greyish I suppose but with a little help from a colour put on every six weeks to tone it up. It looks darker for a couple of weeks then goes a sort of silvery colour .......nothing worse than really dark hair with an older skin!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAZEL, I went grey many years ago, it gives you a licence to be a mad old pensioner and you can do anything you want. Lovely capture and smile, but where's the onesie.

I am sooooooooo jealous!!!! I LOVE grey hair and have wanted it for a very long time now!! My three brothers 2 younger than me have it!! I just turned 67, don't you think it's time I had beautiful grey hair like yours?? I love the color of your hair and it looks more silver to me than grey. It looks to me like you drove right into grey without a fight and how amazing it looks on you!! I also wish I could look this good in a selfie!!! I take the very worst selfies!
