I find that my dad has 'hijacked' my 365 post again today:
the front cover of the recently pubished book of his wartime experiences
the last little diary which came to light in his effects after he died and which documents two months in 1945: May when he was waiting in Czechoslovakia to get home; June at home and engaged in all the usual domestic activities
the grey metal dog tag he had to wear as a PoW (this gave me the 'creeps' and it is in my nephew's possession for safekeeping)
Ian, as publisher, has access to numbers and this morning emailed me to say we have sold 33.
May the sales of it continue for a long time.
Thank you, Gloria - I think you will find it interesting
The book is available exclusively online from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Till-We-Meet-Again-Gunner/dp/154404870X#
Lois, thank you! I've just had a look at page 55 and see you are leaving Benghazi .....
