A lovely soft photo. I love the clarity of the rose with the softness of the rest of it. I agree about the peaches - never fails to amaze me what we get next!
I love peaches but the quality of them has been so varied this year. We have some large rosy peaches in the bowl butbthey are awful, dry & tasteless, so disappointing. The donut ones can also be beautiful of dry & going rotten before they go soft! Yours look perfect & the composition is very pretty!
That's the funniest Sam - I never thought of anyone growing these - like little children who think that eggs come in six-packs, I thought they were only available in supermarkets. As my dear Auntie Betty used to say, 'I am nothing if not mad!!'
@quietpurplehaze Being mad sure is a good thing!!! I'll admit that I do find it a bit strange eating those donut peaches when I'm at her farm.........they are delicious so I just close my eyes and think I'm eating a "normal" peach :)

Yes, they taste the same as regular peaches -but I guess there is a bigger ratio of stone to flesh!!
Peter, they are ring donut shaped peaches - bizarre.
No I don't know about selective focus in processing. I just focussed on the rose when I took the shot.
