I'm finding it really hard! This works well. perhaps it's because you have to think more about composition and structure which comes naturally to some but not me ...
It's interesting, isn't it? It takes away a lot of your choices and all the post editing, so it is far simpler. But you have to get it right in the camera, of course. That's the bit that takes the practice and skill. Nice shot
Well it certainly is making us all think. And of course this is how your dad and my dad would have taken photos. I really am not a fan of post processing so a chance to hone my skills at the point of taking the shot is good. (I have two portraits coming up to post and that was a challenge as I nearly always have to do some post-processing of them - but not this time!)
I tip my hat to you - this is well done - I am too chicken I guess because I am drowning in learning new software - one thing at a time - but learning from you
Yes I guess this shot has some good lines to follow. I am nearly paranoid about straight horizons etc anyway!

I tried out a simulation called 'clear' instead of the 'standard' I usually use and I think it worked OK here.
Well that's a lovely compliment, thank you so much! Good luck with the software. What are you learning?
