They have now produced a lot of colours, beautiful shades of pink and purple etc. Only thing is that, while my old-fashioned orange poppies seed themselves and return year, after year, the more exotic ones seem to bloom for one year and then disappear. Not sure if the hybridization has produced sterile plants or if I just have a knack for killing the more exotic ones.
As with all my images so far for rainbow 2019 this is pre-loved, re-processed and ....I cannot remember where I found it!
