I had a similar reaction - I just think the restaurant took liberties with the language - there is an eclair, small meringues plus spots of lemon curd!
Sugar free? What about the berries, the grapes and whatever is inside the pastry? Perhaps you meant no added sugar? Then your body converts the carbohydrate into sugar. But you've got to enjoy yourself!
I agree with all you say David. Having tried cutting out sugar, meat etc and being in the same state of incapacity and pain, I'm just enjoying myself. I am trying the mindfulness but it's not v successful either.
@quietpurplehaze Yes, you have the right idea Hazel. Sorry the mindfulness isn't doing it for you. It takes me a while to get it working again after a break but it's worth persevering. A good purposeful walk today told me its coming back after a 2 month break
David, I am now starting again on the Mindfulness program right from Week 1. One problem is that I usually fall asleep but today I stayed awake for both sessions. I am glad to see you back on 365.
