Parsnips disappeared from Polish cuisine for many years. Parsnips and rutabaga were associated with hard, war years. Now, however, it is back on our tables.
I love these images of before and after. Nicely done. Your recipe sounds good too - I do the same one, but use curry powder instead of ginger. Must try your version!
