peas with honey
Week 2: FOR2021:
“Trinkets, Treasures and Trash”
mostly macro
I'll let you be the judge of what category this belongs to.
"I eat my peas with honey
I've done it all my life
It makes the peas taste funny
But it keeps them on the knife"
I'm really not too sure that b&w does justice to the peas.............

Yes, not really recognisable - could be sprouts which would taste just as strange with honey!!

Thank you for your comments.
I did a google and found this poem attributed variously to Ogden Nash, Spike Milligan or - yes you've guessed - anon!

That brought a big smile - that little Ogden Nash poem has always intrigued me. Good rendition of it.

Have always liked the poem; well done getting those peas lined up on the knife...even with the help of honey. I’d have sticky peas everywhere....!

Flash of Red Feb def shows what does not work in colour as well as what does! Colour always does it for me.
